When a new idea arrives — perhaps exciting, perhaps uncertain, but equipped with the knowledge and frameworks from the Program — the group must navigate what comes next. Guided questions open the conversation, but the participants write the story. They bring their own wisdom, debate possibilities, and practice the art of leading like a championship team creating wins from uncertainty.
