FORT WORTH, Texas - TelAve -- Following a sizzling opening day and a festive awards celebration honoring the winners of the 30th Anniversary Fiery Food Challenge, ZestFest 2026 returns today for Day Two of the nation's ultimate spicy food and BBQ festival at the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall in the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

Doors open at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 30, welcoming spicy food enthusiasts from across Texas and beyond to experience hundreds of bold, flavorful products available for sampling throughout the day.

Friday's opening session brought enthusiastic crowds eager to discover new hot sauces, BBQ rubs, salsas, snacks, seasonings, and gourmet foods from nearly 100 exhibitors. The excitement continued Friday evening as the winners of the prestigious 30th Anniversary Fiery Food Challenge were recognized during a special awards ceremony celebrating three decades of excellence in the spicy food industry.

Today's action-packed schedule includes one of the weekend's most anticipated events: the Karma Sauce Atomic Hot Wing Eating Contest at 1:00 p.m. Hosted by legendary Texas pitmaster Eddie Deen and Karma Sauce founder and celebrity chef James Nelson, the contest challenges competitors to devour a plate of fiery atomic wings as quickly as possible. The winner will take home a 65-inch flat-screen television and earn bragging rights as one of the toughest heat-seekers at ZestFest.

The Celebrity Chef Stage will also be sizzling all day with cooking demonstrations and gourmet creations prepared by an impressive lineup of culinary stars. Festival attendees will have opportunities to sample unique dishes, discover new flavor combinations, and learn tips from some of the industry's most talented chefs.

Meanwhile, the exhibit hall will be packed with spicy discoveries, delicious samples, product launches, special deals, and opportunities to meet the makers behind some of the hottest and most innovative foods in America.

The festival continues today until 6:00 p.m. and returns for its final day on Sunday, May 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
