Adelaide's Army of Hope Celebrates 501(c)(3) Status Ahead of Swing Fore Hope Golf Tournament

New nonprofit designation strengthens the organization's mission as it prepares for its largest community fundraiser of the year.
CLAYTON, N.C. - TelAve -- Adelaide's Army of Hope has officially received federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, marking a significant milestone in its mission to bring hope, comfort, and practical support to children battling pediatric cancer and the families who love them.
Inspired by their daughter, Adelaide ("Addie"), founders Sarah and Cody Davis created Adelaide's Army of Hope with one simple mission: to ensure no family faces pediatric cancer alone. The organization's new nonprofit status allows donations to be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law while providing opportunities to expand programs, partnerships, and community impact.
"Receiving our 501(c)(3) status is more than an organizational milestone—it's another step toward honoring Addie's legacy in a lasting way," said Sarah and Cody Davis, co-founders of Adelaide's Army of Hope. "The support from our community has made it possible to bring hope to families already, and we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has believed in this mission from the very beginning."
