AI data & training company will pay for qualifying home-service calls as part of a new real-world robotics training initiative

MINNEAPOLIS - TelAve -- HUMXN, an AI data and training company, has launched a new program offering qualifying homeowners free plumbing, electrical, HVAC, air-duct cleaning and carpet-cleaning services across Minneapolis, Chicago, and Miami.

The idea is simple: HUMXN pays the service bill. Home-service professionals get paid for their work. AI and robotics companies gain access to valuable real-world training data.

Through partnerships with home-service companies, participating technicians perform normal service calls while their skilled work is captured using wearable technology and transformed into structured datasets designed to help train the next generation of AI and robotics systems.

"Robots need to learn how skilled people actually work in the physical world," said HUMXN founder Thomas Unise. "There are millions of expert-level tasks happening inside homes every day. We're creating a model where homeowners get the service they need, technicians get paid, and that expertise can help build the next generation of intelligent machines."

The program initially covers qualifying appointments in Minneapolis, Chicago, and Miami, with additional markets and service categories planned.

Need a plumber, electrician or HVAC technician? HUMXN may pay the bill.
