Phoenix, AZ ~ Phoenix, AZ - The Governor's Office has announced that they are currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the vacancy for the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court. This position, which serves as the Clerk for the state's most populous county, holds great importance in the daily lives of Arizonans by ensuring fair and timely access to crucial information such as court records and services.
According to A.R.S. ยง 16-230, the Governor will appoint a candidate from the same political party as the outgoing officeholder to serve the remainder of their term starting on April 2, 2025 until the 2026 General Election. As the outgoing officeholder was a Republican, only registered Republicans will be considered for this position.
