Traci Dolphin, a partner and rising star in the industry, will be the president of CFP.  Her experience, drive, and savvy will continue the healthy growth of CFP for many years to come.  Dave Johnson will still retain his vital responsibility as COO. Buddy Zarbock will continue to be the CEO and Founder governing the strategic direction of CFP.
