TelAve News/10888676
PALM COAST, Fla. - TelAve -- The Flagler Beach Historical Museum is excited to announce that it will host its first annual Museum Member Beach Bonfire from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 8, at 10th Street North on the beach.
The laid-back gathering is open to museum members and their families. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs.
The Eastern Surfing Association is sponsoring marshmallows and drinks for the event.
The museum has also partnered with Break Awayz restaurant, 819 Ocean Shore Blvd., and will provide attendees with discount coupons.
Those who are not yet members can join for as little as $15 by visiting the website at https://www.flaglerbeachhistoricalmuseum.org/.
If a burn ban is still in effect, the museum will host an alternate activity at the same date and time.
In addition, the museum is collecting shark teeth and interesting shells for its Shark Tooth & Shell Dig during First Friday on Friday, March 6. Donations may be dropped off at the museum by Wednesday, March 4.
Donated items will be used to create a hands-on experience for kids and families.
