Ellenburg is a self-employed Farmer in Holmes County. Active in his community, he is a member of the Florida Farm Bureau Holmes County Board of Directors and the Florida Farm Bureau Fruit and Vegetables State Advisory Board. In 2025, he was elected as a member of the Holmes County Value Adjustment Board.
