TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - In a recent announcement, Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed four individuals to the Board of Employee Leasing Companies. The appointees include Don Day, Brian Evans, Ismael Gonzalez III, and Christopher Naylon.

Day, who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RealTime Services, Inc., brings a wealth of experience to the board. He is also an active member of both the National and Florida Associations of Professional Employer Organizations. With a background in the military, Day holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Evans, who has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Southeast Personnel Leasing, Inc., has previously served as an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant State Attorney for Florida's Second Judicial Circuit. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Florida and a juris doctor from Florida State University.

Gonzalez brings a diverse set of skills to the board as he currently serves as Partner and Controlling Person for Paycorp Human Resources, Owner and Broker of South Florida Brokers and Associates, and Restaurant Partner of Paladar Cuban Eatery. He is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors and has attended Florida International University.

Naylon rounds out the list of appointees with his role as Chief Financial Officer at Integrity Employee Leasing. He also serves as President of the Integrity Charitable Foundation Board of Directors and previously worked as a Staff Financial Analyst for Allstate Insurance Company. Naylon holds both a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and a master's degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate. Once confirmed, these individuals will play an important role in overseeing employee leasing companies in the state. Their diverse backgrounds and experiences will bring valuable perspectives to this important board.
