Juneau: New limited hours for Jackie Renninger Park (Pipeline Skate Park)

~ Jackie Renninger Park (Pipeline Skate Park) has announced reduced hours of operation due to an increase in vandalism and drug paraphernalia litter on park grounds. The park will now be open from 3:30 – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. on weekends, with all gates and facilities closed outside these hours of operation. Park staff and JPD will also be conducting extra patrols in the park in order to ensure safety for park users. It is hoped that normal hours can be resumed as soon as sanitation and safety are improved. For more information, please contact Parks & Rec at (907) 586-5226.
