The acquisition expands Love All beyond apparel, adding a dedicated collection of tennis, pickleball, sling, and tote bags under the Love All umbrella.

UpDown began with a simple problem: finding a bag that could carry a racquet or paddle alongside the things people need for the rest of the day. The collection is made for tennis and pickleball players, as well as anyone looking for a bag that moves easily between sport, travel, and everyday life.

Highlights include The Lily, a tennis bag with a dedicated racquet compartment and zippered pockets; The Alexis, a pickleball bag designed with room for a paddle, balls, a water bottle, and daily essentials; and The Tutu, a compact sling bag for carrying a racquet and the things needed between the court and wherever the day goes next.
