TelAve News/10909290
My Florida Apostille now serves Florida from 14 locations with flat, all-inclusive apostille pricing that covers state fees and U.S. FedEx shipping. The company is also adding online notarization and international shipping.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - TelAve -- My Florida Apostille is a Florida document-authentication service headquartered in Tallahassee, with its main customer office in West Palm Beach. The company has expanded to 14 locations across the state and introduced flat, all-inclusive pricing for Florida apostilles and authentications. It is also adding two new options: online notarization and international return shipping.
A Florida apostille is issued by the Florida Department of State. It certifies a Florida public document for use in countries that belong to the Hague Apostille Convention. Documents that commonly need one include:
People typically need an apostille for dual citizenship applications, marriages abroad, study and work visas, and property or business matters overseas. Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Colombia and the Philippines are among the company's most common destination countries.
A statewide footprint

One price, everything included
My Florida Apostille now charges:
Pricing includes Florida state fees, application handling, and FedEx shipping to and from anywhere in the U.S. International return delivery is a flat $100. Pricing does not include obtaining certified copies or notarization. Typical processing time is 5–7 business days.
"Most people only need an apostille once, and usually it's while a visa appointment, a wedding abroad or a citizenship deadline is coming up fast," said [Full Name], founder of My Florida Apostille. "They shouldn't have to decode state fees, shipping labels and surprise add-ons on top of that. One price, everything included, and a real person in Florida who answers the phone. That's the whole idea."
New: online notarization
Many documents must be notarized before they can be apostilled, such as powers of attorney, affidavits and travel consent letters. These can now be notarized remotely by a Florida online notary as an add-on to an apostille order. The add-on costs $40 (a $10 notarization fee plus a $30 technology platform fee), and each additional document is $20. After an order is placed, the team contacts the customer to schedule the online notarization session.
Authentication for non-Hague countries
Some countries are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention. For documents going to those countries, My Florida Apostille obtains the Florida authentication certificate at the same price as an apostille. The company completes the Florida step only. Any further U.S. Department of State authentication and embassy legalization are handled separately by the customer.
