Warren Pulley's The BTAM Case Workbook packs 22 write-in forms, 10 practice cases, and a facilitator guide for school, campus, and workplace threat assessment teams.

HONOLULU - TelAve -- A student's notebook names classmates. A fired employee says, "You'll see me again." A group chat mentions Friday's pep rally. What a threat assessment team does in the next hour, and the next ninety days, matters. The BTAM Case Workbook: Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Forms, Checklists, and Practice Cases for School, Campus, and Workplace Teams by Warren Pulley is now available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback.

The workbook is the hands-on companion to Pulley's Integrated BTAM. It gives teams the paperwork to run every behavioral threat assessment and management case the same careful way, from the first report to closure.

Inside, teams will find:
  • 22 write-in forms, including concern intake, an imminent danger screen, triage, subject, witness, target, and parent interview guides, a pathway-to-violence map, a case management plan, a monitoring log, and case closure
  • 10 fictional practice cases — from violent rap lyrics to a terminated warehouse worker to a contractor threatening a Hawaii resort manager — each with discussion questions and a debrief key
  • A four-session facilitator guide for team training and tabletop exercises
  • Setting supplements for K-12 schools, colleges, and workplaces, including a violent incident log modeled on California SB 553, plus a Hawaii resource page
  • An information-sharing quick guide covering FERPA and HIPAA basics

The workbook is grounded in public guidance from the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center, the FBI, and the ASIS workplace violence standard. It is model-neutral and works alongside licensed tools a team may already use. Purchasers may photocopy the forms for their own team's use.
