GAITHERSBURG, Md. - TelAve -- GAITHERSBURG, MD: Patton (www.patton.com)—experts in networking, communications, cybersecurity, product development and manufacturing—is excited to announce the CopperLink® Ethernet Extender small form-factor pluggable (SFP) module, the CL-SFP, is now available for pre-order.
Patton's innovative new SFP module delivers high-speed, long-range Ethernet connectivity over existing copper infrastructure.
"Patton has been miniaturizing communication technologies for decades," stated Robert R. Patton (Bobby), Patton's Chief Operations Officer (COO). "The new CL-SFP is the smallest form factor Ethernet Extender ever."
Since creating the first Ethernet extender in the 1990's, Patton has brought dozens of SFP modules to market including Ethernet over Fiber, VoIP Gateways, Data Diode Cyber Security and now the CopperLink SFP Ethernet-over-Copper module.
