He works with executive teams and boards to translate AI ambitions into measurable business outcomes, spanning strategy development, operating model redesign, and the deployment of AI solutions at enterprise scale. Prior to founding PAL, Tejas held leadership positions at Fluence Energy, Arlo, and NETGEAR.
