SOMERVILLE, Mass. - TelAve -- Noteworthy Sheet Music, LLC (NSM) is an online sheet music publisher, specializing in but not limited to flute and alto flute music, with a catalog of over 200 editions. They offer original works by distinguished contemporary composers, re-notated versions or facsimiles of rare historical scores, and unique transcriptions and arrangements of pieces from the classical repertoire. Selected NSM publications are offered as professionally-printed hard copy editions, while most are available as convenient PDF downloads from https://www.noteworthysheetmusic.com/.

Noteworthy Sheet Music has just published three re-notated editions of William Schade's piece Nocturne—the composer's two original versions, for Flute and Cello accompanied by either Piano or Quartet (Violin-1, Violin-2, Viola, Bass), plus an arrangement for flute alone.  NSM's chief editorial consultant Peter H. Bloom happened upon the published score and parts for Schade's Nocturne some years ago and, impressed with the beauty and expressiveness of the piece, created an arrangement for flute alone.  He recently suggested that NSM add the accompanied and unaccompanied versions of the work to our catalog, which we have done.  Mr. Bloom has performed his arrangement of the Schade Nocturne for solo flute in lecture/recitals for the New York Flute Club in 2008 and for the National Flute Association Annual Convention in 2026.  Visit our listing page for additional information:  https://www.noteworthysheetmusic.com/sheet-music/ensemble-tags/flute-wmixed-ensembles/schade-nocturne-flute-cello-acc-by-either-piano-or-quartet-or-arr-for-flute-alone/
