The expansion is driven by rising demand from homeowners who want to start their solar journey with an independent specialist rather than a commissioned salesperson for a single installer. Owner Dave Simmer has personally guided homeowners through assessment, design, permitting, and utility paperwork since 2011, with more than 1,800 installations completed.

The timing matters. With the 30 percent federal solar tax credit expired as of December 31, 2025, the margin for error is tighter than ever.
