~ South Bend's Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Notre Dame Federal Credit Union will host the second annual Supplier Access Summit on Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the St. Joseph County Public Library's Main Branch Community Learning Center.

The event is intended to connect entrepreneurs and small-business owners with buyers, contractors, financial institutions, government representatives and business resources. The program includes educational sessions, networking, an exhibitor hour, free professional headshots, an awards luncheon and a pitch competition offering a $3,000 Supplier Access Grant.

The summit will conclude with procurement training led by Dr. Dawn Nicole McIlwain, founder and president of ProcuraFind®, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Leighton Auditorium. Organizers said 100 complimentary seats are available for the keynote training alone, with advance registration required.

Full-summit registration costs $25 and includes the sessions, networking, luncheon and keynote training. Registration information is available at southbendin.gov/event/2026-supplier-access-summit/. Keynote-only registration is available through a separate online form.
