DFW & COLLEGE STATION, Texas - TelAve -- Educator, mentor, and author Raun Shephard has officially released the audiobook editions of his #1 best-selling works alongside the debut #1 best-seller My 10 Rules for Life by author and student leader Desiray on Spotify. To mark the launch and expand community access, digital editions of the titles are currently available at a promotional price of $0.99 each.

The audiobook release coincides with major academic and community momentum. Following the success of her solo debut, Desiray earned admission to Texas A&M University and was awarded the prestigious Charles Butt Scholarship for Aspiring Teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year. In My 10 Rules for Life, Desiray outlines actionable lessons on resilience, emotional regulation, identity, and courage, demonstrating how disciplined habits and mentorship early in life translate into collegiate leadership and long-term achievement.

Expanding on the operational discipline detailed in #BecomingMyBest, Raun Shephard (aka KOGO Fitness) has also authored The Hostile Takeover: The Fat Loss System to Reclaim Your Life. The book delivers a direct, tactical blueprint for physical and mental execution, detailing Shephard's own transformation from 308 lbs at 28% body fat down to 217 lbs at 8% body fat. The system bypasses quick fixes, focusing instead on absolute accountability, daily execution, and sustainable habit architecture.

The connection between the authors is rooted in a multi-year mentor-student relationship. Shephard taught and mentored Desiray throughout her development as an academic standout, student organizer, and community leader. In addition to excelling in the classroom, Desiray took on game-day leadership roles at TCU football and soccer events, directed neighborhood cleanups, and helped revitalize a school garden.

Together, Shephard and Desiray developed a specialized movement and mindfulness program for learners with ADD, ADHD, and related learning differences. Originally held only on Fridays, the program has scaled aggressively to meet overwhelming student demand, effectively quadrupling total attendance. The sessions combine breathwork, physical movement, and self-regulation techniques to help non-traditional learners build confidence, focus, and daily resilience.

"This is not theory," Shephard said. "It's principles modeled, practiced, and passed on."
