Spring-Things Launches New Heavy-Duty Polyurethane Leaf Spring Noise Reduction Kits
TelAve News/10908636
New red polyurethane pads give truck owners a firmer, more wear-resistant option for reducing rear leaf spring clunks, squeaks, tapping and banging.
OKLAHOMA CITY - TelAve -- Spring-Things LLC has launched a new heavy-duty polyurethane version of its popular leaf spring noise reduction kit, giving truck owners a firmer and more wear-resistant alternative to the company's original neoprene pads.
Spring-Thing kits are designed to help reduce or eliminate common rear leaf spring noises including clunks, squeaks, tapping and banging. The kits install between the leaf springs without requiring removal of the leaf pack or major suspension disassembly, and most installations can be completed in approximately 15–20 minutes.
The new polyurethane pads are made from durable red polyurethane and are intended for customers who want a firmer material with improved resistance to compression and long-term wear. The new version is especially suited for trucks that see frequent driving, towing, hauling or rough-road use.

"We wanted to offer customers another option without replacing the original product," said Larry McIntire, owner of Spring-Things LLC. "The neoprene kits remain a great solution, while the new polyurethane version gives customers a more durable, heavy-duty choice."
Spring-Thing kits fit trucks with rear leaf springs at least 2.5 inches wide and are compatible with many popular models including Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Ford F-150, F-250 and F-350, Ram trucks, Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, Nissan Frontier and Titan, and other similar applications.
The new polyurethane line is available in single-kit, twin-pack, three-pack and four-pack configurations. Discounted multi-pack pricing is also available for customers purchasing for multiple trucks or fleets.
Spring-Things LLC has been developing and selling leaf spring noise reduction products since 2020 and has continued expanding its product line, packaging and online storefront as the brand has grown within the automotive aftermarket
