5CEOs Reports 400/400 on ARC-AGI-1 Public Training Tasks Using Deterministic Reasoning

DCI research milestone demonstrates puzzle solving without a large language model inside the solving engine.

TAMPA, Fla. - TelAve -- 5CEOs today announced that its DCI research platform achieved exact solutions on all 400 tasks in the ARC-AGI-1 public training set through an iterative development effort using deterministic reasoning.

ARC puzzles require a system to infer a transformation from example grids and apply it to a new input. DCI approaches this work through executable rules, structured search, and verification. Large language models may assist with software development, but they do not operate inside the DCI puzzle-solving engine.

The milestone supports a broader 5CEOs research direction: building systems whose results can be inspected, reproduced, and checked against explicit evidence.

"Businesses need more than convincing answers. They need results they can verify," said Denny Adams of 5CEOs. "Our work asks how far we can take reasoning while keeping evidence, repeatability, and control at the center of the system."

What the result establishes

The 400/400 result represents completion of the public training collection following repeated development and testing. It is not a score on ARC's private, unseen test set, an official competition ranking, or proof of artificial general intelligence.

That distinction is central to how 5CEOs presents its research. Reproducing a result demonstrates consistency; testing on genuinely unseen problems is needed to establish broader generalization.

The next research phase focuses on harder ARC-AGI-2 tasks and reusable reasoning capabilities, with an emphasis on preserving earlier results and declining to answer when the system cannot establish a supported solution.

From research to business software

DCI is part of the broader 5CEOs effort to build a business operating system around authoritative records, traceable evidence, and explicit permissions. The architectural principle is straightforward: an AI-generated suggestion should not become a business fact, permission, or transaction merely because a model produced it.

The ARC milestone is evidence of progress in deterministic reasoning. Enterprise reliability and security require their own qualification.

5CEOs invites researchers, business leaders, and potential partners to explore the work and help advance software that puts verification first.
